MLS4You.net™ is an IDX product provided by iProsper.net, a customer service company that provides Real Estate Brokers and Agents the following services:

1. The ability to add home search functionality to a Brokerages’ or Agents’ existing website. The home search is specific to the listings in the client's database supplied by the Brokers’ MLS and is only accessible through an independent Brokerage website.

• My Assistant™ allows clients of MLS4You.net™ to have their existing and potential clients save their specific search criteria and receive emails notifying them when new listings are entered that match their criteria.

• My Showing Assistant™ allows clients of MLS4You.net™ the ability to have their existing, and potential clients make a request for a showing of a specific listing, on a specific date at a specific time, on line.

• Virtual Tour Integration allows clients to display their listings that have a virtual tour, integrated within the MLS4You.net™ display system.

• Custom Function Buttons provide the ability to filter, or hard code the client's MLS data to return specific client specified search criteria results (e.g. show only this Broker or Agents listings).

2. The option to host an existing or to-be-designed site on iProsper.net's advanced network of web servers for NO ADDITIONAL FEE. By doing so, the client will receive custom email addresses (yourname@yourname.com), web-based and client program access to our email system, 24/7 site monitoring, FREE domain parking and forwarding, and more.

1. Realtor.com can display a limited number of fields related to a listing and displays some or all of the following: listing Brokerage name, listing Brokerage phone number, listing Brokerage website, listing Agents name, listing Agents phone number, and listing Agents website.

2. The MLS4You.net™ system, supported by iProsper.net, can display substantially more information (determined by the specific MLS rules and regulations) and shows only that the listing is provided “Courtesy of Brokerage XYZ”. No contact information regarding the listing Brokerage is supplied. This keeps the user of the MLS4You.net system focused on the client's website. 

3)       Availability

1. The home search functionality offered by Realtor.com is available only through the Realtor.com website.

2. The MLS4You.net™ display system provided by iProsper.net can be added to virtually any existing Brokerage or Agent website. 

4)       Branding

1. Realtor.com home search Brands all listings in the Realtor.com database with the contact information and logo of the listing Broker and, in most cases, the listing Agent contact information.

2. MLS4You.net™ brands all listings in the Brokers’ MLS with the logo and contact information of the client.
